James Eddlestone | H-Power

James leads product development and programme delivery at H-Power, bringing deep experience in taking complex, multi-disciplinary technologies from concept to market. Since joining in 2025, he has established a project management office that oversees all product and technology development workstreams, driving delivery through clear structure, aligned priorities, and a culture of continuous improvement. 

He built his project management expertise at Dyson, where he led product and technology programmes across haircare, energy storage, and machine learning. He later moved into start-ups and scaleups at Tepeo, driving the development of zero-carbon heating solutions through integrated product and project leadership. James is known for aligning execution with strategy and building high-performing teams that deliver integrated products with meaningful technical and commercial impact.
