Brendan Keane | H-Power

Brendan joined H-Power in 2023 and is responsible for all legal, governance and company secretarial matters.

Brendan has more than 20 years’ experience in energy M&A, portfolio investment, joint ventures, finance, operational matters, dispute resolution, business development and compliance/risk management. He trained and qualified as a solicitor at CMS Cameron McKenna LLP and prior to joining H-Power held roles at L1 Energy (UK) LLP and bp plc.
